An
M.S. entrance gate on each plot abutting the road with an
opening of 4 feet Compound wall on the road side/ front side
being UCR/ RCC wall up to 15 to 18 inches above ground level
and barbed wire fencing above that, the remaining three sides
shall also be fenced with cement poles and barbed wires. The
barbed wires shall be 2 feet above ground level.

Plot
buyers will be entitled to commence and build a farmhouse
with a plinth area of 150 square meters on the plot. The necessary
layout already has been sanctioned. Four typical cottage designs
have been provided to each plot holder. |
