Most of Pharande Spaces projects are in the Pradhikaran area of Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. Pradhikaran is the Pimpri Chinchwad New Township Development Authority (PCNTDA). It was set up as the apex Town Planning body to ensure the systematic development of the residential zones of the predominantly industrial Pimpri-Chinchwad. Inspired by the Chandigadh model it has transformed Pimpri- Chinchwad into a residential destination of choice. Pradhikaran’s Town Planning now runs across several thousand acres between the Mumbai - Pune Expressway and the Pune - Nashik Highway.
